Suspension, Termination. GSS reserves the right at any time and for any reason to deny you access to the Site or any portion thereof, and/or to terminate this Agreement.

Waiver. Failure to insist on strict performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance.
